Welcome to AXIS NOIR. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of www.axisnoir.co and the purchase of products from AXIS NOIR (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Use of Website
You agree to use this website solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not misuse, interfere with, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website, its servers, or connected systems.
2. Products & Production
All artworks are made to order and produced exclusively in the United States and Canada.
Production typically requires approximately 11 business days.
Orders are shipped directly from our U.S. or Canadian production facilities, depending on the fulfillment location.
Due to the nature of brushed aluminum surfaces and high-resolution metal printing, slight variations in surface grain, tonal reflection, or metallic sheen may occur. These characteristics are inherent to the material and do not constitute defects.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
Full payment is required at checkout before production begins.
AXIS NOIR reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time without prior notice.
Applicable sales taxes may be collected where required by law.
4. Shipping
Orders are produced and shipped from the United States or Canada.
Estimated shipping time is approximately 7 business days following completion of production. Tracking information is provided once the order leaves the production facility.
AXIS NOIR is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
5. Returns & Damage Claims
All works are custom-produced and made to order.
Returns are accepted only in cases of:

Confirmed manufacturing or print defect
Damage claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery to:
Clear photographic documentation of the packaging and the damaged product is required.
6. Custom Sizes & Commissions
Custom dimensions and commission requests are available upon inquiry.
All custom and commissioned works are final sale and non-refundable.
7. Intellectual Property
All artwork, imagery, design elements, text, and branding displayed on this website are the exclusive property of AXIS NOIR.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used without prior written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AXIS NOIR shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of this website or products purchased.
Total liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product.
9. Warranty Disclaimer
All products are provided “as is.”
Except in cases of verified manufacturing defects, AXIS NOIR makes no additional warranties, express or implied.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the United States and Canada, depending on the place of production and shipment.
