RETURNS POLICY

At AXIS NOIR, we strive for the highest quality in every piece. All artworks are individually made to order in the United States, Canada, and Europe.

1. Right of Withdrawal & Returns

In accordance with standard e-commerce regulations in the United States and Canada, we acknowledge a 14-day return period from the date of delivery.

However, please note: Pursuant to legal exceptions for personalized goods, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized. Since every AXIS NOIR artwork is produced specifically upon your order (Custom-made/On-Demand), all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun. Shipping costs for returns (where applicable) are non-refundable and must be covered by the customer in their local currency (USD/CAD).

2. Damage or Manufacturing Defects

We stand behind our quality. Replacements are offered exclusively in the case of:

  • Verified transport damage.

  • Confirmed print or manufacturing defects.

Claim Window: Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

How to file a claim: Please send the following to studio@axisnoir.co:

  1. Clear photographs of the artwork.

  2. Photographs of the exterior packaging (showing the label and any damage).

  3. Your order number.

3. Evaluation & Resolution

Upon review and verification, AXIS NOIR will provide a resolution, which may include:

  • A full replacement of the artwork.

  • Repair, where applicable.

  • Refunds are only issued if a replacement cannot reasonably be provided.

4. Material Characteristics

Our artworks on brushed aluminum contain visible metallic grain and distinct light interaction properties. Subtle variations in reflection, tonal depth, or surface texture are inherent characteristics of the material and do not constitute manufacturing defects.

5. Refused Deliveries

If a shipment is refused without verified transport damage, the customer is responsible for the original shipping costs, return shipping fees, and a restocking fee. These will be deducted from any potential discretionary credit.
