RETURNS POLICY

All AXIS NOIR artworks are individually made to order in the United States and Canada.

Due to the custom production process, all sales are final.

1. No Standard Returns

Each artwork is produced specifically upon order. For this reason, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun.

2. Damage or Manufacturing Defect

Replacements are offered exclusively in the case of:

  • Verified transport damage

  • Confirmed print or manufacturing defect

Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

To file a claim, please provide:

  • Clear photographs of the artwork

  • Photographs of the exterior packaging

  • Your order number

Documentation must be sent to:

3. Evaluation & Resolution

Upon review and verification, AXIS NOIR will determine the appropriate resolution. This may include:

  • Replacement of the artwork

  • Repair, where applicable

  • Partial or full replacement at our discretion

Refunds are issued only if a replacement cannot reasonably be provided.

4. Surface & Material Characteristics

Brushed aluminum naturally contains visible metallic grain and distinct light interaction properties.

Subtle variations in reflection, tonal depth, or surface texture are inherent characteristics of the material and do not constitute defects.

5. Custom Sizes & Commissioned Works

All custom dimensions and commissioned pieces are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.

6. Refused Deliveries

If a shipment is refused without verified transport damage, return shipping, handling, and associated carrier fees may be deducted or charged accordingly.
