AXIS NOIR produces all artworks exclusively in the United States and Canada. Each piece is individually made to order.
1. Production Time
All artworks require approximately 11 business days for production.
Production begins once full payment has been successfully processed.
As each work is custom-produced, timelines may vary slightly during peak production periods.
2. Shipping Time
After production is completed, orders are typically shipped within approximately 7 business days.
Tracking information is provided once the shipment leaves the production facility.
Estimated total timeline from order placement to delivery is approximately 14–18 business days, depending on destination and carrier conditions.
3. Shipping Origin & Availability
Orders are produced and shipped directly from our facilities in the United States or Canada, depending on fulfillment location.
We currently ship within the United States and Canada.

Orders are shipped via established U.S. and Canadian carriers.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on destination, weather conditions, customs procedures (if applicable), and carrier operations.
AXIS NOIR is not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
5. Damaged Shipments
If your artwork arrives damaged:

6. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.
AXIS NOIR is not liable for delivery issues resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address information.
7. Signature & Large-Scale Deliveries
Large-format or oversized works may require a signature upon delivery.
For oversized pieces, carrier coordination or scheduled delivery may be necessary to ensure safe handling.
