SHIPPING POLICY

At AXIS NOIR, we produce high-quality architectural metal wall art exclusively in the United States and Canada. Each piece is individually made to order (On-Demand), ensuring the highest standards of craftsmanship.

1. Production & Handling Time

As every artwork is custom-produced upon your order, please allow for the following production times:

  • Standard Production: Approximately 11 business days.

  • Production begins immediately after full payment has been successfully processed.

  • Please note that timelines may vary slightly during peak production periods or for high-volume custom orders.

2. Shipping & Transit Times

Once your artwork has passed quality control, it is professionally packaged and shipped.

  • Transit Time: Approximately 7 business days for deliveries within the United States and Canada.

  • Total Estimated Delivery: You can expect your order to arrive within 14–18 business days after the order date.

  • Tracking information will be sent to your registered email address as soon as the shipment leaves our production facility.

3. Shipping Origin & Regional Fulfillment

To ensure efficient delivery and minimize environmental impact, orders are produced and shipped directly from our facilities in the United States or Canada, depending on the fulfillment location closest to the destination.

  • We currently offer domestic shipping within the United States and Canada.

  • For international architectural projects or shipping requests outside these regions, please contact: studio@axisnoir.co

4. Shipping Carriers & Tracking

We partner with established U.S. and Canadian carriers to ensure safe delivery.

  • All timeframes provided are estimates. While we strive for punctuality, AXIS NOIR is not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers, customs procedures (where applicable), or extreme weather conditions.

5. Damaged Shipments & Quality Guarantee

If your artwork arrives damaged during transit:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide clear photographic documentation of both the external packaging and the damaged product.

  • Verified transport damage will be resolved promptly in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.

6. Address Accuracy & Deliveries

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout. AXIS NOIR is not liable for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete address data.

  • Note: Large-format or oversized works may require a signature upon delivery or special carrier coordination.
